Refund and Cancellation Policy

Hip Love Program
All Hip Love Program sales are final and this purchase is non-refundable. Either party (Illuminey LLC or myself) may request to withdraw from the program after the two individual body assessment sessions, and a refund for the total amount, minus $300 will be granted. Any refund request must be received by Illuminey LLC before the first live Hip Love class. After the first live Hip Love class the program purchase is non-refundable. Any session missed will not be refunded and Illuniney LLC is under no obligation to offer makeup sessions.

Individual Pilates and Movement Sessions
All Individual Pilates and Movement Sessions are non-refundable and must be used within 1 year (12 months) of purchase. For cancellations, a cancellation email must be sent to info@illuminey.com 24 hours prior to the scheduled session or the session will be charged in full.
