Golf Strong
Pilates Challenge
Transform Your Game and
Reduce Injury in 6 Weeks
Get your game back by working with the one, most important tool you have…
your body.
You’ve been playing golf for years but…
your game doesn’t seem to be getting better, in fact, it’s getting harder to keep the scores you used to get
you’re feeling pain or getting hurt more often during or after play
no matter how many lessons you take, your game is still inconsistent
new equipment helps for a little while, but there’s still something missing in your game
Improving your mobility, stability and balance will help you…
more than new clubs
more than a swing analyzer
more than another pro lesson
I promise.
If you can develop the underlying essentials of a good swing you can improve your consistency and your score without constant fear of injury.

Golf Strong Pilates Challenge
I’ve developed a special program for golfers, based on Pilates principles that helps you
achieve more consistent play and avoid injury,
even if you already work with a golf coach or go to the gym regularly.
If you struggle to get the scores you want because of persistent injury or unpredictable performance, or you just want to get back to the game you used to have, it’s probably because you’re struggling with one or more of these essentials: mobility, stability and balance.
These 3 things are at the center of my program:
MOBILITY
More than flexibility, it’s the ability to put your body where you want it to be. Without the mobility to rotate your hips or torso, your body will compensate with other movements like shifting or hiking, throwing off the intended path. No amount of technique will make up for this.
STABILITY
The ability to control your joints and muscles to make them do what you want. Your swing needs to accelerate and decelerate. Without stability these two things become wild cards and consistency goes out the window.
BALANCE
If your body isn’t able to shift its center of gravity effectively, the it loses a sense of where it is relative to the target (flag), causing poor aim and misalignment in your swing.

I’m a Pilates instructor and educator in New York City.
Many clients first come to me because of sports related injuries. They want to move safely and build back strength while healing. But they find Pilates is such a unique movement practice and a complement to their other activities, they keep coming back even after resuming their sport.
Hi, I’m Jane.
High school golf team photo.
Clearly not happy about my game.
I know the complicated combination of mobility, stability and balance the body must achieve to master the game. Pilates is one of the only modalities that trains the body in all these areas.
After seeing results in my clients I wanted to be able to help others play the sport they love and leave behind frustration and fear of injury.
Working with Jane has [resulted in] sharper movement intelligence, calmer nervous system [and] more relaxed posture.

Why Pilates for golf?
Maybe you’ve heard of Pilates, but never tried it.
Maybe you’re not really sure what it is, or think it’s kind of like yoga or exercise with springs and slides.
Pilates is a method of exercise and body conditioning focused on developing core strength, muscle strength and endurance, flexibility, posture and body awareness. Used for rehab as well as training for elite athletes, the method was developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1920s.
Because Pilates works the entire body, it creates balanced strength and mobility across all major muscle groups.
Repetitive motions, like those used in golf, put stress on the same muscle groups again and again, which can easily cause injury —especially in the low back. Pilates creates more balanced muscle use and can help offset asymmetries. In fact, studies have shown it can improve low back pain.

What pro athletes are saying about Pilates…
“I was introduced to Pilates and that’s really opened up my world with regards to hip mobility and flexibility, and my flexibility in general.”
Christ Covington
Texan’s Wire
“Pilates has really helped me with my workouts and even mentally, too, because I like how I can focus on different parts of my body, and it helps me feel more strong and confident.”
Aly Raisman
Shape Magazine
“Pilates—that's something really that activates a lot of core. The biggest thing is just being able to stay flexible. If I'm flexible, loose, and I've got a strong core, I'll usually be able to stay healthy and on the field.”

Here’s how it works
Golf Strong Pilates Challenge uses the principles of Pilates to train your body for the most critical principles of golf: mobility, stability and balance.
We work progressively from single function exercises into multi- function exercises, making sure you master each one individually before combining them. This builds stability in the necessary range of motion before trying to tackle more complex movements, reducing compensatory patterns and risk of injury. If the body doesn’t have stability or mobility in one area it will compensate by taking it from another area (eg hip flexibility into low back) - which leads to injury. And when when performing multi joint, movements that compensation multiplies throughout the chain of movement. To be more blunt - if one of the joints isn’t working well, the others pay the price.
Is it for you?
Maybe you’ve tried other exercise programs and they haven’t worked?
It’s likely because there wasn’t accountability, encouragement or continued progress.
Our program incorporates all of these with weekly live Q & A sessions to answer any concerns about exercises or progressions, plus an online community to support each other and celebrate wins. All of this combined ensures your success.
Guaranteed.
Yes, guaranteed.
Risk-free 14-Day Guarantee
I’m certain that when you fully commit to this course, when you do the work consistently, get the feedback you need and participate in an encouraging community, your body will be prepared for the physical needs of golf. That’s why in order to receive a full refund with the 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee, you must show that you’ve completed the work in the course for 14 days.
This means that if you do the work in the course but don’t feel it’s valuable to you, then you can send your completed work (videos of your workouts, screenshots of community interaction) within 14 days for a full refund. However, if you do not complete the coursework, you will not be eligible for a refund.
I can help you prepare your body for better golf but I can’t do it for you. You have to do the work. My job is to guide, motivate, encourage and support you. Your job is to show up and do the work.
Your Commitment
“DOING THE WORK” MEANS:
Following the program videos in order, exercising at least 3 times a week.

FAQs
-
The short answer is no. If you don’t regularly go to the gym or partake in regular exercise, you will still reap the benefits of our program. Being “in shape” means something different for every person. Whatever shape you’re in, this program will improve your mobility, stability, balance and proprioception. You should consult a doctor before starting any new physical routine.
-
There are two types of Pilates: equipment and mat. We’ll be doing mat or floor Pilates — exercises developed and inspired by Joseph Pilates. We use mostly body weight and small props like Therabands, a yoga block, etc.
-
When you sign up there is a list of equipment you will need. Most of these are items you’ll find around your house. Some are specific that you’ll need to purchase. These will not cost more than $50.
-
If you have an acute injury, wait to begin the program until the injury is healed or out of the acute stage. This program can help prevent injury or a recurrence of injury. However, injured or compromised body parts need specialized attention not available in an on-demand course. You should have permission from your doctor before starting any new exercise program.
-
The exercises are progressive. Your body needs to have control through a desired range of motion in specific joints before using them in more complex movements and exercises. You may begin feeling differently in your body or seeing results in as soon as 3 or 4 weeks. But, we’ve designed the program length to safely enable your body to accomplish the more advanced exercises that most replicate golf movements.
-
The videos will be available to you for the life of the program.
